WELCOME
Our journey began in the 1970s as an export business in Boon Keng, Singapore. Guided by our founder's expertise in illumination, we quickly refined our focus, specializing in the trade of lighting and electrical parts, leading to the formal establishment of Export House Lightings (1978) Pte Ltd.
Over the decades, our company has undergone a significant evolution. Responding to Singapore's urban redevelopment, we strategically acquired our first property at 49 Senang Crescent, marking a pivotal step in our expansion. This move allowed us to broaden our capabilities beyond just trade, venturing into comprehensive lighting projects and steadily building a skilled team. To further enhance our project delivery, we established our subsidiary, Export House (Singapore) Pte Ltd, in 2003. Shortly thereafter, we expanded our footprint with the acquisition of a second property at 47 Senang Crescent.
Today, 47 & 49 Senang Crescent serve as our home for EHL & EHS. These premises stand as a testament to our continuous growth, enduring commitment to the lighting industry for nearly five decades.

Terence Lim has been a cornerstone of Export House since the 2000s, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to our projects. His exceptional ability to recommend the perfect lighting solutions stems from a wealth of experience, garnered through successfully helming numerous projects right here in Singapore and beyond. This practical expertise is further enriched by his extensive travels to lighting exhibitions around the world, ensuring he's always at the forefront of industry innovations.

The foundation of Export House Lightings (1978) Pte Ltd. is deeply rooted in the vision of our Managing Director. Starting his career in the 1970s as a sales representative at Philips, he soon embarked on an entrepreneurial path, first with an export business, and then, in 1978, with the establishment of Export House Lightings. Since then, our MD has not only been instrumental in conceptualizing and executing some of Singapore's iconic lighting landscapes but has also been the unwavering leader, guiding our team and shaping the company's remarkable journey to where it stands today.

Since the early 2000s, Ronald has been a vital force at Export House, developing a robust understanding across key areas including warehousing, procurement, operations, and sales. Over the years, he's been instrumental in opening new avenues for the company, particularly by cultivating a significant niche in sales with both traders and service contractors. His dedication and strategic approach have also led to the winning of yearly bids for several key clients, solidifying our market position and contributing significantly to our continued growth in Singapore.

Joining Export House in 2011, Nathalie immediately enhanced our capabilities with her Electrical & Electronics Engineering Degree, contributing valuable knowledge and fresh insights to the team. Her efforts have been particularly significant in successfully managing and retaining a substantial number of clients across our hotel and MCST portfolios. Nathalie's commitment ensures these crucial relationships thrive, reinforcing our strong presence in the Singapore market.

The youngest member of our team, Matilda has been making a significant impact at Export House since she joined in 2013. Leveraging her Marketing Degree, she's consistently contributed valuable insights to our business operations. Matilda's hands-on experience is extensive, having helmed numerous electrical and lighting projects across a diverse range of sectors including hotels, retail, schools, traders and MCSTs (Management Corporation Strata Titles) throughout Singapore.
